Serving our Community and Beyond

Rockville Presbyterian Church serves its local community, as well as other organizations and people internationally to help spread God's grace and love.

Christmas Joy

Each year during the Advent and Christmas season, we collect an offering to lift up past, present, and our future leaders of the church. The Christmas Joy offering provides support needed by some of our church leaders, including supporting leadership development for communities of color, and providing support for Presbyterian church workers in their time of need. To contribute, use the special envelopes in the pews, or designate your offering online or via check using ‘Christmas Joy’.

Hurricane Helene – How You Can Help

Hurricane Helene made landfall in Florida late evening on September 26th as a very dangerous category 4 hurricane. The impact of Helene has been felt across multiple states. With the storm surge, wind damage, and flooding, it is crucial to have the necessary resources to support the many communities that are affected. Helene caused devastating damage in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee. The best way to support hurricane relief efforts is by giving monetary donations. You can help by donating to organizations such as:

• Presbyterian Disaster Assistance: https://pma.pcusa.org/donate/make-a-gift/gift-info/DR000169/

• Black Mountain Presbyterian Church: https://bmpcnc.org/
