Tour de Cookie 2020

Save the Date – August 4, 2020

AUGUST 4th at Rockville Presbyterian Church lot. We will be hosting our 1st National Night Out. NNO – National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie.

U.S. territories and military bases worldwide on the first Tuesday in August – AUGUST 4th. Neighborhoods host block parties, festivals, parades, cookouts and various other community events with safety demonstrations, seminars, youth events, visits from emergency personnel, exhibits and much, much more.

2019 – Peerless Rockville Historic Church Tour

Explore the rich history and unique architecture of several Rockville churches dating back over 150 years. Learn about each congregation’s history and role in Rockville throughout time, and view stained glass windows, special tours, musical performances, and more! Rockville Presbyterian Church is a stop on this magnificent and educational tour.

We Give of Ourselves

The Friday small group signed up to host a cookie stand for the 7th annual Tour de Cookie event on Saturday May 4, 2019. The Tour is a fun-filled and delicious bike ride from cookie stand to cookie stand around Rockville.

OBJECTIVE: To support The Tree House with it’s objective to raise awareness of child abuse prevention and promote the free services offered by The Tree House Child Advocacy Center. Their services provide hope and healing to sexually abused, physically abused and neglected children.

All proceeds of the Tree House Tour de Cookie event benefits The Tree House CAC, enabling them to better serve clients. This event is a wonderful occasion during which individuals, families, and groups can enjoy a day of fun, festivities, philanthropy, and COOKIES!
